North River Shores Update

The North River Shores community was established in the mid 1950's and is one of the oldest subdivisons in Martin County. The community is located on the banks of the North Fork of the St. Lucie River.  North River Shores is just a short bike ride across the Old Roosevelt Bridge from the downtown shops and restaurants of the City of Stuart. Stuart is known as the Salifish Capitol of the World for it's great fishing. North River Shores offers waterfront properties as well as non-waterfront properties with boat ramp access for members to access the St. Lucie River. The Homeowners Association for North River Shores includes the property owners of North River Shores, Cocoanut Park and North River Forest subdivisions.
